Job summary

Country Fair is hiring Sales Associates to greet customers, stock shelves, operate registers, and support our mission to care for customers, our team, and the community. The Starting Rate is $12+ per hour, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced retail environment.

You will represent the Country Fair brand on the sales floor, handle transactions, answer questions, and assist with product samples and food display.

Sales Associates work on the sales floor assisting customers. You could be making our AWESOME food products or you could be assisting customers at check out. In any case, you are serving as an Ambassador of Good Will to our customers and to each other.
