Rainbow USA is seeking an Sales Associate to join our retail team as an entry-level manager. The role offers the opportunity to learn our business and acquire the skills needed to operate one Rainbow store, with a focus on leadership and customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of department manager experience in retail, strong problem-solving, organization, and teamwork abilities, and a positive attitude. We provide room for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary:

Sales Associate - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required
