Rainbow USA in New Orleans is seeking a Sales Associate. This entry-level management role offers hands-on learning to operate a Rainbow store and develop leadership skills. Prior experience as a department manager in retail is required for advancement.

You will train staff, manage daily tasks, and ensure friendly, punctual, and attentive service to customers while contributing to store goals and growth.

Job Summary:
