Rainbow USA is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our fast-growing junior and kids apparel team in Marietta, GA. This is an entry-level management role designed to teach you how to operate a Rainbow store and deliver first-rate customer service.

You will learn store operations, train and motivate staff, and help maintain a welcoming, fashion-forward shopping environment. A minimum of 6 months experience as a department manager in retail is preferred.

Job Summary

Sales Associate - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required
