Rainbow USA is seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic, fashion-forward team in retail stores. This entry-level management position offers hands-on learning of business operations while developing skills to operate a Rainbow store.

Ideal candidates are friendly, high-energy, customer-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork abilities. Prior department manager experience in retail is preferred and growth opportunities are available.

Job Summary:
