Rainbow USA is seeking a friendly, high-energy Sales Associate to join our growing Humble, Texas stores. This entry-level management track lets you learn the business while building leadership skills.

You will learn operations, customer service, and team supervision; candidates with at least 6 months as a department manager in retail are preferred. We offer room for professional growth as Rainbow opens 60 stores a year.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store.
• Entry-level management track in a retail setting.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Job Summary:
