Rainbow USA is seeking a energetic Sales Associate to join our fast-growing team in Homestead, Florida. This entry-level management role will train you to operate a store while developing leadership and customer service skills.

You will train and motivate staff, handle multi-tasks, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Growth opportunities are strong as Rainbow expands with 60 stores per year.

Job Summary:

Sales Associate

- This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required
