Rainbow USA is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to join our growing retail team in Hammond, Indiana. This entry-level management position offers a path to learn store operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of department management experience in retail, are punctual, organized, and capable of motivating staff to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.

Job Summary:

Sales Associate - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required
