Rainbow USA is looking for a Sales Associate to begin a path toward store leadership. This entry-level management role will teach the business and provide you with the skills to operate one Rainbow store.

We seek candidates with at least 6 months of department manager experience in retail, who can train and motivate staff, multitask, stay punctual, and work well in a team with strong attention to detail.

Job Summary:

Sales Associate - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required
