Rainbow USA, a fast-growing specialty apparel retailer with over 1,000 stores nationwide, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. This entry-level management position offers a path to operate one store and develop leadership skills.

At least 6 months of experience as a department manager in retail is required. You will train staff, coordinate tasks, and deliver outstanding customer service while contributing to our continued growth.

Job Summary:

Sales Associate - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required
