Job summary

Rainbow USA is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our growing retail team. This entry-level management role will train you to operate a store and develop leadership skills. A minimum of 6 months as a department manager in retail is required.

Compensation ranges from $13.20 to $14.25 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, life, 401(k), and PTO. Join us as we expand 60 stores annually and advance your career with a dynamic, customer-focused organization.

Job Summary:

Sales Associate - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required

We expect that the successful candidate will be offered a wage rate in the range of $13.20 to $14.25 per hour; the actual rate offered will be based on the candidate's skills, relevant experience, length of relevant experience, and on labor market conditions.
