Altar’d State is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) in Charleston, SC. You will drive revenue through exceptional guest service, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

Reporting to Store Leadership, you’ll work to meet individual and store goals while embodying the brand’s purpose and charitable mission. The role emphasizes relationship building, efficient POS transactions, and adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent guest service by anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations and adhering to service standards.
• Creates guest loyalty through relationship building and effective communication with guests and management.
• Maintains product knowledge to support sales goals and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures and daily sales tasks with a guest-focused approach.
• Locate merchandise efficiently and maintain organized store layout.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system and handle cash.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report incidents to protect store assets.
• Support inventory prep and participate in timely timekeeping per policy.
• Contribute to store cleanliness, merchandising and brand presentation.
