Job summary

KnitWell Group in Fairview Heights, IL is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized shopping experience in a customer‑centered environment.

You will support merchandising, inventory, and store organization while helping create a seamless omnichannel experience. Strong communication and a passion for fashion are prized; hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
