Job summary

Buchheit Family of Companies is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to work closely with customers, share product knowledge, and maintain store displays. You will help with inventory, price checks, and process special orders while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

The role requires a friendly, proactive approach, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment. Reports to Store Manager in a full-time capacity.

They should maintain the visual appearance of the store by managing store displays and keep up with trends and competition. Retail sales associates are expected to create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals and represent the store in a positive manner.
