Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to help the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. You will maintain Guest Services to meet Company Standards while actively driving sales through signage, merchandising and accurate pricing.

The role requires assisting with POS operations, signing and loss prevention. Must be at least 16 years old, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

Qualifications

• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow store standards and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Generate sales, signage, pricing, POS operations and assist with loss prevention.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 - $15.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16.

The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
