Job summary

Spencer's in Janesville, Wisconsin is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver guest services to shoppers and drive store sales. You will assist with merchandising, pricing, signing, and POS operations while maintaining store standards and following company policies.

The role requires being on your feet for long periods and meeting the minimum age requirement. Eligible candidates will join a team focused on customer experience and loss prevention, with opportunities to grow within a retail

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $10.75 to $11.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standard.
• The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• Minimum age requirement: 17.
• Physical demands: climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
