A well-known retail brand in Gadsden, Alabama is looking for a Sales Associate. This role involves maintaining guest services and supporting the store management team in generating sales, conducting housekeeping, and handling pricing and merchandising. Ideal candidates should be at least 17 years old, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and prepared to stand or walk for long hours. An hourly wage between $10.75 and $11.00 is offered, dependent on experience and qualifications. Benefits include 401K and merchandise discounts.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention in adherence to all Company policies and procedures. The minimum age requirement for this position is 17. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
