Soma in The Villages, FL is looking for a Sales Associate to welcome customers with warm hospitality, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service aligned with our brand. You’ll help create a seamless shopping experience and support omnichannel efforts.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory replenishment, store organization, and maintaining brand standards. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
