Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a personable Sales Associate in Massachusetts to share love of fashion and create an amazing shopping experience for customers.

You will engage with shoppers, explain product features, help customers find outfits that suit their style, and work with the team to hit sales goals.

This role includes opening/closing duties, stocking and ringing up purchases, and taking part in store initiatives while upholding our values.

• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
