KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate at Soma in Greensboro, NC. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to create a welcoming, customer-focused experience.

You will contribute to merchandising, inventory, and store organization while embracing teamwork and flexibility, including nights and weekends. Prior retail knowledge is a plus, and you’ll learn new processes and tools on the job.

Eligibility and requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
