Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Shoe Sales Associate to contribute to our reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You will greet customers, build relationships, and meet sales goals while using product knowledge to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will handle POS transactions, assist with sizing, keep the department tidy, and work day, evening, and weekend shifts. This role emphasizes excellent customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.
