What to expect:

• Lead and inspire your team by setting a positive example and assisting in training peers.
• Execute daily operational, day‑to‑day goals and priorities assigned by management.
• Work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• Provide assistance at the cash register as needed.
• Promote the Ace Rewards program enthusiastically.
• Restock merchandise displays as needed.
• Help unload and put away incoming truck merchandise.
• Maintain a high‑energy presence in a fast‑paced, fun retail environment.
• Be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours) and handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
