Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Tukwila, WA location. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a team-focused, hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities include driving customer connections, supporting merchandising and inventory needs, and keeping the store visually aligned with brand standards. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

You’ll bring to the role

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
