J.Crew Factory in Monroe, OH is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. You will help customers discover looks that fit their style and collaborate with teammates to drive store performance.

We value energetic, fashion-minded individuals who can provide a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience. Availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred. Lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
