Madewell in Lynnfield is seeking a Sales Associate who embodies our brand with personal style and warmth. You will help customers find looks, welcome them on the floor, and collaborate with teammates to drive store success and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You should stay current with fashion trends, be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays, and enjoy teamwork. You’ll also participate in tasks set by management and help share customer feedback to improve service.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy.
• Innovate and champion new ideas, while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 40 pounds.

Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You'll assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with other team members and managers to drive business success. Your focus is on creating a seamless customer experience with a spirit of collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

Hourly Range: $15.00 - $17.10
