J.Crew Factory in Houston is looking for a Sales Associate who brings personal style and welcoming energy to the sales floor. You will help customers discover their look and collaborate with teammates to drive store success.

You’ll provide an authentic experience and stay aligned with brand values while remaining adaptable for nights, weekends, and holidays. The role offers a competitive base pay with bonus opportunities and employee discounts.

Hourly Range: $13.75 - $17.10
