Job summary

J.Crew Factory is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a seamless, brand-aligned shopping experience. You will help customers discover outfits and collaborate with team members to drive store success.

You’ll stay current with fashion trends, support store operations, and provide feedback to leadership. The role requires 18+ and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/carry/move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
