Job summary

J.Crew is seeking a Sales Associate to bring brand energy and friendly service to our Austin store. You will help customers find their look and collaborate with teammates to drive sales and create a welcoming shopping experience.

You''ll stay current with fashion trends, embrace teamwork, and balance flexibility with the needs of the store, including nights, weekends and holidays. You will lift up to 40 pounds as part of getting product to customers.

Hourly Range: $13.50 - $15.52
