Job summary

J.Crew is seeking a Sales Associate in Ann Arbor to deliver a seamless, brand-aligned customer experience on the sales floor. You will help customers discover their look, collaborate with team members and managers, and support daily operations to drive business success.

You’ll contribute to a welcoming environment, stay current with fashion trends, and participate in a collaborative team culture. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, reach, and stretch as needed.
