Job summary

Chico’s in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a team-driven, hospitality-focused environment. You’ll contribute to merchandising, inventory, and store presentation while supporting store leadership.

The role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and learn new tools and processes quickly. Prior retail experience is a plus.
