Job summary

RideNow Powersports – Burleson is hiring a Sales Associate to join our energetic team. No riding or sales experience required; we train on the job to help customers find their dream ride.

You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, guide them through the sales process, and collaborate with service and support teammates in a fast-paced showroom environment. Weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn product knowledge and follow a sales process.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Guide customers through the sales process from product selection to purchase.

What you bring:

• Passion for powersports, whether as a rider or enthusiast
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed goals
• Prior experience in sales {sales/mechanics/customer service} is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Punctuality is vital to a team dynamic
• Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
