Roots is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Birmingham, MI to serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. You will support daily store operations, maintain visual standards, and stay current on product knowledge while helping the store reach its sales goals.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, resilience, and a coachable, authentic approach, with strong communication skills and pride in representing the Roots brand.

Role Requirements

• Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available to work during the peak holiday business period, from mid-November through the first week of January.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods during a 3-8 hour shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and move merchandise.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
