Job summary

APW Brands has consumer electronic retail stores in airports around the country. We are currently looking for sales associates for our Baltimore International Airport Location.

Sales Associates receive a monthly commission based on their sales in addition to their base hourly rate. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• General physical abilities to perform clerical, cashier, merchandising tasks.
• Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring.
• Maximize customer experience by uncovering needs and offering solutions.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store.
• Develop positive customer relationships.
• Ensure customers are greeted and waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner.
• Assist in stocking and organizing displays ensuring that all merchandise is presented in a professional manner.
• Operate the cash register, promote sales and assist customers.
• Stock room quality controlling, processing, pricing and stocking merchandise.
• Responsible for following and ensuring all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used.
