Job summary

Under Armour in Phoenix is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, drive sales, and keep the store looking sharp. If you thrive on fast-paced days, enjoy teamwork, and love making every customer feel like a VIP, this is your moment to shine.

As part of the team you will greet customers, suggest the right apparel and footwear, share product knowledge, stock and tidy the store, and handle front-and-back of-store tasks including point of sale and payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 16 years old (18 in CA).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move around the store.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
