Job summary

Under Armour in Florida is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, deliver standout customer experiences, and drive sales. You will help keep the store sharp, share product knowledge, and support omni-channel requests.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, comfortable with technology, and able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends. Join a high-energy team and grow with UA.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in CA).
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer.

• Stock, straighten and clean the store, manage front and back of store tasks.

Your Impact

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
• Share what they know - and love - about our products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver customer omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the roleAbility to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand‑held and mobile devices)
