Minuteman Food Mart in Lumberton, NC is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver fast, friendly service. You will greet customers, help them locate products, operate the POS system, and maintain a clean store atmosphere.

• Stock shelves and displays, ensuring proper rotation and organization of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor when products need restocking.
• Follow procedures for handling cash, coupons, and store discounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products, arrivals, and promotions.
• Keep track of expiration dates and remove expired items from shelves.
• Follow proper food safety and handling procedures for perishable items.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to company policies, safety, and security guidelines.
• Assist with cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
