Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store sharp. The role suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced days, enjoy teamwork, and make every customer feel valued.

You will help customers select apparel and footwear, stock and maintain displays, and handle front- and back-of-house tasks with a focus on a seamless digital experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to learn technology (computers, handheld/mobile devices).

Your Impact

We count on our Sales Associates to:

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
