Job summary

Under Armour is hiring a Sales Associate for our Maryland location. This role focuses on creating standout customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a sharp store look. You’ll join a fast-paced team that values collaboration and a guest‑centric mindset.

As part of our brand, you’ll help customers find the right gear, stock the floor, and process payments at the point of sale. The role offers a path to growth with both part‑time and full‑time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in California).
• Able to maneuver the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge to help customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Promote the UA Rewards program to customers.
• Fulfill scheduled hours and adapt as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
• Share what they know - and love - about our products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver customer omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
