Job summary

Paper Source in Burlington, MA seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver friendly, genuine customer service and help customers choose gifts, cards and wraps. You’ll create inviting displays and maintain a neat, shoppable store while learning product knowledge and campaigns.

You will engage customers, answer questions, and leverage campaigns while preserving inventory and store standards. This role requires energy and a friendly, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with our customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting store visual merchandising & replenishment standards, showing a commitment to maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable and inviting presentation.
• Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
• Leverage training and communication tools to educate yourself continuously on our products and services, supporting the store with this knowledge to give customers a great experience when they visit and shop.
• Protect company assets by adhering to all inventory and loss prevention standards, properly completing inventories and initiatives.
• Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity (i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing)
