Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and build connections in a part-time role at Store 5336-Providence Marketplace, Mt Juliet, TN. You will learn products, share brand benefits, and support merchandising and inventory while delivering a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience.

Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will work with a team that values hospitality, collaboration, and personal accountability.

You’ll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
