KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 5092-Prime Outlets Williamsburg-Soma-Williamsburg, VA 23188. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to create a hospitable shopping experience.

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Associate, Prime Outlets Williamsburg to join our team located at our Store 5092-Prime Outlets Williamsburg-Soma-Williamsburg, VA 23188.

You’ll bring to the role

Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
