As a Sales Associate, you’ll deliver an engaging shopping experience, meet sales goals, and grow with training and growth opportunities. Flexible schedules and inclusive culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Embrace new technology and change with high level of accuracy.
• Self-accountability for sales results through use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through connection, attention to detail and personalized shopping.
• Participate in a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the appearance of the store; keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized; secure assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
