Job summary

Ann Taylor in Pottstown, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling, keeping merchandise neatly presented, and creating memorable in-store experiences.

You’ll collaborate with a team, use brand standards and omnichannel tools to help shoppers, and participate in achieving store goals. Prior customer service or retail exposure is preferred, with evenings, weekends, and holidays available.
