Job summary

Shoe Palace Corporation is hiring Retail Sales Associates in Torrance for both part-time and full-time roles. You will help deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive store sales with a fun, energetic approach.

Ideal candidates are 18+ (16+ with permits), available on weekends, and passionate about fashion and footwear. Prior customer service or footwear sales is a plus; training and growth opportunities are provided.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team.
• Works well in a team and maintains a positive attitude.

The Role

• It would be great but not completely necessary to have…
• Customer service experience
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation

Store Associate pay range: $17.87 - $17.87 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
