Job summary

Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates for part‑time and full‑time roles in a fast‑paced environment. You will help create a fun shopping experience, engage with customers, and keep the store clean and organized while selling shoes.

Ideal candidates are 18+ (16+ with permits), friendly, fashion‑savvy, and eager to grow with the team. Prior customer service or athletic footwear experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (16+ with work permit)
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY on weekends
• Outgoing, friendly and customer‑focused
• Fashion/shoes interest a plus
• Willing to work hard and be successful
• Customer service experience is a bonus, not required

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for customers

The Role

• A desire to work hard and be successful.
• BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have… Customer service experience
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation

• Store Associate pay range: $10.00 - $10.00 per hour.
• This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
