Job summary

Shoe Palace is looking for Retail Sales Associates in Palm Desert, CA to provide outstanding customer service and help drive sales. The role includes creating a fun shopping environment, assisting customers with footwear choices, and keeping the store neat and organized on a daily basis.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available. Candidates should be 18+ (16+ with permits), be friendly and energetic, and comfortable working weekends. Discounts and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in selling athletic shoes is a plus.
• 18+ years old (16+ with work permits).

• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect! A desire to work hard and be successful.
• BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!

It would be great but not completely necessary to have… Customer service experience Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
