Job summary

vineyard vines is seeking a part-time Retail Associate at our Oak Bluffs location. You will drive sales through exceptional customer service, reflect our brand promise “Every Day Should Feel This Good,” and help build a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, developing relationships with top customers, training new associates, and supporting in-store events. The role requires flexible scheduling including holidays, weekends, and a passion for the vineyard vines

Overview

Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.

Functions & Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting their goals/measures

Customer Experience

• Ensures the store reflects Shep & Ian’s vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” to our customers through “Hosting the Party”
• Leads the store in email capture and educating new associates on best practices

Crew Development
