Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Georgetown

The Sales Associate aims to meet store sales goals by providing an authentic Alo experience. This includes genuine connection, product education, and promoting our community and culture. Key Job Responsibilities

• Contribute positively to the store environment aligning with leadership and company goals.
• Drive sales by leading initiatives and optimizing team productivity.

• Build and maintain client relationships daily.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and improve store performance.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Stay informed on store goals, initiatives, new products, and communicate these to the team.
• Introduce all aspects of the Alo business model confidently.
• Use company tools and incentives to meet sales targets.
• Resolve customer needs efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate guests and staff about our products, community, and culture.
• Prioritize daily schedule to align with business strategies.
• Assist with shipment processing, visual merchandising, and replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or client-centric environment preferred.
• Passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences.
• Alignment with Alo’s principles.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Ability to move constantly within the store and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to stand and move throughout shifts.

Schedule
Part-Time associates may work up to 30 hours/week, minimum 4 hours per shift. Full-Time associates should have open availability, 32-40 hours/week, including during holiday periods.

The pay range in Washington, DC, is $18.00 - $20.00/hour, with potential bonuses from store incentives and additional rewards.
