Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in Cypress, TX to drive sales and create a memorable in-store experience. You will bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude to keep customers coming back.

You’ll support daily store operations, maintain displays, and follow policies around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention while staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry is required.
• Passion for fashion and customer service is essential.
• Ability to connect with people and provide a great store experience.
• Willingness to work day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs (16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.
