Job summary

LiveTrends Design Group, LLC is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Florida to deliver exceptional sales and customer service. You will help customers, learn product trends, and support store operations to meet goals.

The role offers flexible hours (16-24 hours per week) including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience is welcomed but not required, with growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Background knowledge of plants preferred but not required.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and products.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.

• Open/close the store and lead when managers are away.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
• Maintaining personal and productivity goals
• Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
• Able to open and close the store and act as a professional lead when the Store Manager or and/or Assistant Store Manager are not in store.

Performance Requirements

• Schedule may fluctuate based on departmental and period closing requirements.
• Observance of all company Policies and Procedures.
• Physical demands include light work, prolonged walking and/or standing along with the occasional exertion of up to 25lbs of force.
